Account Manager
We’re looking for skilled, dedicated professionals to join our superb technical team as a Remote Account Manager. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience across various piston GA aircraft types, combined with strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Must hold A&P and IA certifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience (preferably 20+) with common piston GA aircraft
- Exceptional communication, computer, and troubleshooting skills
- Flexibility to check in on client tickets throughout the day.
- Great fit for retired mechanics or those nearing retirement, shop owners, or DOMs with flexible schedules

Data Analyst
We are seeking qualified candidates to perform engine monitor data and borescope image analysis for our clients.
- Enjoys working with and assisting aircraft owners
- Has excellent communication skiils, particularly in writing
- Has strong computer skills (PC or Mac)
- Wants to work about 8-10 hours a week – ideally an hour or two every day or couple of days
- A&P/IA certification is fantastic but not required, but good troubleshooting and critical thinking skills are essential
